Military Intelligence
As a Second Lieutenant you will commission as an 35D (All-Source Intelligence). In the WAARNG, you may be assigned as a Platoon Leader, Tactical Intel Officer or an Assistant S-2.
Military Schooling: You will attend BOLC phase II at Fort Sill, OK or Fort Benning, GA. Phase III is located at Fort Huachuca, AZ where you will gain MI Platoon Leader skills, and learn about All-Source Intel subjects including enemy threat analysis, electronic warfare, human intelligence, signal intelligence, counterintelligence and operational security support.
Assignment duties: As a Platoon leader, you are responsible for the management and oversight of operations, logistics, personnel and administrative functions of a platoon. As a 2LT MI Officer, you may serve in a number of various duty assignments.
